Wait what an earth are you lads disagreeing with? You really dont think being basically the main side on domestic tv for 5 years in the mid 90's helped you get new younger fans who are now older? really? I am not doubting the other reason people support united but saying this has to of been a factor <doh>

ITV was first broadcasted in 1955, what about the hundreds of thousands of fans before then? Did they just accidentally walk into a football stadium blind-folded?. Most households didn't have a TV until the 60's unless you had money.

Seriously dumb response, well done <doh>

So you dont think being on tv alot in the mid 90s increassed your fan base? really? I am not doubting what any of you are saying, just pointing out that what I am saying is correct too.

It's the fact you think it's the "only explanation". Re-read what you've said and you may realise.

It had an effect on glory hunting kids. Probably why you support Arsenal?

It wasn't the TV though, if it was on the rado and TV was never invented the same thing would have happened. The TV has nothing to do with it looking at the big picture, it's the success of the club.

The SPL is on the up.

Will be the biggest league in 5 years with the mighty morphing Power Rangers FC Est. 2012 dominate.

They will be moved over into the PL whilst Utd are in decline, they take over thus dominating world football and winning the world club cup in 2023 for the third time running which is now the biggest competition in football because the oil barons say so.

When they beat Mighty Morphing Power Rangers FC 7-1 in the MUFA Champions League of Cup winners championships title decider game of the decade super match trophy you will know they have arrived. The big sign saying 'Fleetwood Town have arrived at their destination' will also be a give away.
