Yep, he scored one.

Messi is on 35 La Liga goals for the season. Ronaldo is on 34.

 

Ronaldo is a great player, but I still feel Messi is better. The difference for me is that Messi does the business in the big games. Ronaldo goes missing to often when it realy matters.

Messi for me is the best footballer ever, and the biggest compliment I could pay to him, is we would be talking of Ronaldo as being one of the best ever if Messi wasn't around

 

He is now the fastest La Liga player to score 100 goals.

Good to see our former player to so well, i always get happy to see Ronaldo scoring and also take every chance i get to see Real Madrid's matches to see Ronaldo play.

He is a madrid player but his heart is always Man Utd.

Hopefully Ronaldo wins his first La Liga title this season.

 

Messi is not the best ever in my opinion and he never will be unless he shines for Argentina.

 

Don't worry Berb, I'm sure Barca are just helping Messi to get the goalscoring record now they know they are unlikely to win La Liga

 

You cannot judge a players ability on a few games once every 4 years. Messi is by far the best player to ever play the game, there has never been a player with the talent of Messi. He is that good, that I often wonder if he's super human

 

There are several other players who have excelled for both club and country. Messi excells for Barcelona but is poor for Argentina.

 

So George Best was rubbish, because he never done anything at a World Cup

 

Definately the best player we've had under SAF. Just ashame we couldn't keep hold of him for longer

Ps I wish

 

Why do so many of us seem to still have an obsession with Ronaldo. He's not our player anymore and Messi is better. Its pretty much only united fans that think otherwise.

 

And Ronaldo for portugal?

 

Ronaldo has a similar record for an awful Portugal side as Messi does for an Argentina side packed with World Class names.

 

Ronaldo plays for himself, and himself alone.

It's as obvious at Madrid as it was at United. At least he's modest enough to admit that Messi's better.

You clearly have some sort of agenda against Messi, just because he's a better player than Ronaldo. I loved Ronaldo when he played for us, but he's not as good as Messi. Everyone knows this
