He was good for Chile in the confederations cup. But he is a ****ing liability for City. Still can't fathom why Pep froze Hart out over Bravo.
Guardiola seemed to take an instant dislike to Hart, for some reason. Maybe he just thought he had his keeper, who he already knew, had backup and Hart wouldn't want to be sitting on the bench? That whole distribution thing seemed a bit odd, to me. To be fair though, it's not like everyone's rushing out to bring England's Number One back to the Premier League, is it? Not many top sides looking for a first choice keeper, admittedly, but there are only vague rumours of sides that aren't in Europe. Might be because of his wages, though.
Better than Bravo, still not good enough for a top team in the PL. I wonder what idiots will sign him?

He'd probably be willing to take a pay cut to be no1 at a premier league club. Can't really understand why he's kicking around without a club to be honest. Rumours are that he's going on loan to West Ham
If that happens, then he probably gets the best of both worlds. He gets to be first choice at a Premier League club, of sorts, while still picking up City money. His contract expires at the end of the following season, so he could do a Rooney then, too.
The saddest part of transfers like this is that actual good players like Gerrard, Shearer, Henry and ****ing legends like Paul Scholes will have earned pittance by comparison to what utter **** like Kyle Walker is paid today. These kids today eh!
Worst thing about this transfer is that he's moving for money. You've been close to winning the league and if you spend well in this window you could challenge again on all fronts and you are playing in the CL. What's his motivation for moving? Is it because he's moving to an historic, iconic club? Well no it's City. Does it further his England chances? Nope once again. He's gone for the wages nothing more. Continuo will still use him as a plaything when we play them, nothing has changed.
Then there are truly great ex players such as Jimmy Greaves and Georgie Best who got paid a pittance compared to utter ****e playing for all clubs today. Walker is a good player, not a great one, but certainly far from 'utter ****e' That's the mkt nowadays.
You won't get an answer to this. Kustard last went to a United match when Viv Anderson was full-back.
