What about keeping him as a trainee coach? Seems a decent person to have round the club. Let him do his badges with us.

 

I think he should get a bit more game time to be honest, he might only be a championship standard striker but you could say the same about all of our strikers, I'd give him a bit longer than 5 minutes if we get the chance.

 

There could be a good case made to start him against the bin dippers

I think he's been a really good surprise for everyone given the circumstances of his appointment
with his drive/commitment and attitude which can't be faulted - he can easily be shown as a real
inspiration to the likes of Ranger and other arguably less 'driven' players. The thing that is always
going to hold him back to the measly 5 minutes cameo he's been stuck with is the talk of his
modest ability. Problem is, if he's never allowed to get the time how can he show what he's made
of? Surely training and closed matches can only show so much.

TBH, I'd prefer to see Kuqi getting game time over Ameobi who hasn't set the world on fire more
than 5 minutes (it that) in every 90...

 

Even if we were to give him 20-30 minutes to start off with, see how much impact he can make, the competition might help Ameobi step up his game a bit the lazy twat.
