    If he wasn't asked about it why would he bring it up if there's no truth in it? He has been unequivocal about not selling Jay and Morgan, and rebuilding the team, both of which put paid to any asset-stripping accusations. He will be judged on those words if anything different happens in the next few weeks, but as you say, very promising.

    It would be a very reassuring statement, if a believed a word this hockey guy is saying. :biggrin:

    But ok. I'm willing to trust him for the time being.

    But If he won't be true to his word, I'll never again trust a single word from him or the board.

    On hearing the news that Morgan would not be going the very lovely Mrs Godders:emoticon-0115-inlov threw me to the floor and had her wicked way with me.

    I haven't shagged anyone on the kitchen floor for years mainly because I knew would have trouble getting back up.

    I am still down there at the moment typing this on my lap top.

    Bugger she has reappeared with the Viagra and has that wicked grin on her face so I shan't be able to post for a ..................

    Reassuring to hear, nice to see that the asset stripping isn't happening, and some backbone looks to be on display. One thing I will say that to 100% confirm that Rodriguez and Schneiderlin are not for sale, on live TV, is quite something. As others have said, if that promise is broken, all hell will be let loose, and rightfully so at that point.
