Keep it with Dawson for time being. I wouldn't want captaincy to distract Gerrard from his very good performances. Koren would be second choice though
Maybe you could do what Warnock has done with Taraabt, to Koren. Make him the star, give him the captaincy and make him feel loved. At times he looks a bit sad out on that right wing, he handles himself way more professionally than Taraabt so the comparison ends there but maybe it would work?
