Please no. All these right kind of player will need replacing next summer. Although I think Villa's result on Saturday doesn't mean they're guaranteed to do well, they should be comfortably safe due to their youngsters' baptism of fire last year. Now I wouldn't suggest we do the same (we haven't got the depth of quality in our youth system I feel) but at least strike a balance and get some under 25s in.
Excellent signing. Super fit and super professional. In the same bracket as O'Neil, and would be just as good a signing. LB should be top priority, like RB was when we signed Bradley Orr. Suk-Young as understudy to Konchesky will be a perfect LB duo. And as long as it means I never have to see Traore play LB for us again I'd be over the moon. Top signing, make it happen.

Exactly, thats the whole point, hes old and not good enough should be get to the PL, it would be a scary thought if we went up, 75% of our squad would have to replaced already. The teams that stay up have a good core of young players who can step up, then they add 3 or 4 quality players to that group each year. Not replace the whole ****ing squad every season.
Signing players who only come to your because of the manager is a dangerous game. We got burnt by players coming here just because of Sven. Once Sven went they all sulked and we had to get rid of them which cost us alot of money and seen our whole season go to ****
