I know a few went to Knebworth over the weekend. When I got there I couldn't use phone to pay for drinks, didn't have my card so mate paid for my drinks.

Went to workout how much I owed him and looks like we were charged for only the first round in there? Other lad with us was charged for none!

Looks like we were doing contactless and getting the drinks but it isn't out of the bank and not showing as pending?

Anyone else have similar?

Shame that the queue at the bar and the trek to the bogs put me off having many pints <laugh>

Authorities notified. It’ll be pending in the morning!!, <laugh>

In fairness, heard similarly a few mates. Although they’re not counting chickens. It may work like the buses where they only charge the cost to a card when it’s “back at base” end of day. If the drinks company works like that, they may not get connect until after the weekend. Dangerous mind if so. Good luck on your drinks remaining free

I was only asking to see if anyone knew the address for the drinks company so I could send a cheque in the post! <laugh>
