Before we know where we are the efl will be choosing teams and after that will decide results based on probability
Not only should we appeal, but if it fails, it should go to the Swiss Sporting court of Arbitration, or whatever it's called. Would be wonderful if this course of events took place, as independents would have shown the EFL up for what they are. THEN .... Kiko could rightly sue the EFL & the black b'stard for defamation. Fingers crossed.
Club statement. Leeds United acknowledges that Kiko Casilla has been found guilty of breaching FA Rule E3 during our Sky Bet Championship game with Charlton Athletic in September 2019. Casilla has been banned for 8 games following the verdict from the FA. We would like to make it clear that we do not tolerate any form of discrimination within our football club and we are a leader in the fight against discrimination within our wider community. However, it is important to recognise that Kiko has always denied making any racist comment. The FA panel have based their decision on the balance of probability rather than proving Kiko to be guilty beyond reasonable doubt, which we have always believed is the more appropriate burden of proof.
Hmmm, there are so many things wrong about this decision. Kiko has now been branded a racist on the balance of probability. Leko's team mate heard it too! Seriously, do they believe he's got no skin in the game and will not be in any way biased? And a Spanish lip reader was brought in to give evidence, the lengths the EFL went to crucify Kiko are breathtaking. I said months ago, Kiko speaks Spanish, Leko speaks French. If Kiko was to call me a "thick white tosser" in Spanish I doubt I'd have the foggiest what he was on about. Anyway, hopefully the players will take this as a travesty of justice and go and kick the **** out of every team for the next 11 games just to show the EFL that no matter what crap they put in front of us we will rise above it.

This ^^^^^ This news breaks less than 24 hours before kick off. It's a disgrace. This has been hanging over Kiko for 5 months now and his personal statement suggests it has been hard for him. Preparations for tomorrows game will not have been ideal. Who do you drill the players in front of? Casilla or Meslier? Its important that the defence sessions are inclusive of the keeper. Twats change it within 24 hours of a game? Its ****ing disgraceful and obviously corrupt! As for the change itself. I actually think it might benefit the team.Feel for Kiko as his reputation is forever tarnished regardless of any appeal success. As FORZA said. FA have gone for maximum disruption to the club. They've even waited until he has regained some form before deciding his fate. If they had banned him in December we probably be top now!
Putting the race thing to one side. From what I have seen of Meslier I think he is already a top class keeper. He looks the real deal. I'm hoping he gets the 10 games and we have to sign him. We'll be fine regarding quality.
