Agreed - usually it's not the shortage of funds that's the problem but the availability of quality in the January window. However the side will need to be refreshed esp central defence come summer.
Even if we dont improve on certain positions, i think change is needed. We're a bit too...familiar if that makes sense? I think if we can get someone for oscar esp. Then we should get rid.
