Indeed, trying to get flights organised with all the uncertainty is proving a bit of a challenge. I just booked a one way from Houston to London next week on United’s awards program. If the game doesn’t take place or moves dates to accommodate litigation I can change or cancel at no cost.
I booked a cheap flight from Glasgow to Luton for £48.99,no cancellations or £49 fee if you cancel so essentially non refundable.Once I know the Kick off time I'll deal with return but the way the prices have jumped it's looking cheaper for me to actually book a hotel and fly back Sunday.

Doffs cap to you for making that journey :emoticon-0148-yes:

Not City’s fault at all. They can’t give us the information because Southampton are cheating ****s and the EFL and independent commission are trying to sort it out within an expedited timeframe. It’s a mess and the trouble it’s caused should be an aggravating factor for why they should throw the book at Southampton.

If the game is cancelled it gives you a once in a lifetime opportunity to ring the airline up and say ‘Houston, we have a problem’.

Technically you will owe them 1p if you cancel. I wonder if they would chase you for it?

It's more if you cancel and want to change your flight (I think) and that would be a £49 fee?

Anyway,if for some bizarre reason the play-offs are changed to another day, postponed, cancelled, whatever?I wouldn't be messing around looking to try and organise another trip if the date is changed, this utter shambles has put the tin hat on it for me.

We seem to have been deemed irrelevant and worthless by the EFL and despite the fact that we have done nothing wrong here, our wallets have already been punished.

It's starting to leave a bitter taste and in some ways it's detracting from this Clubs achievement in getting to Wembley that we have been significantly involved in something that has absolutely nothing to do with our Club...

There's no excuse for the EFL in this. They could announce a 3 or 4 o'clock kick off time regardless of who we're playing. They could allow us to sell tickets regardless of who we're playing, just brand them 2026 Play Off Final Hull City end. They don't do any of this because ultimately fans don't count for anything when they're making decisions.

Even without match day tickets and what I’ll spend when I’m actually at the game, it’s cost me almost £500 so far for trains / accommodation and what not, this is an absolute joke. If it gets moved to another weekend I can’t get the full amount back, will the EFL be reimbursing fans for stuff like this?? They need to get a grip and just say we’re playing this day at this time and then they can sort the other stuff after so we can actually prepare properly.

I’ve also had to book time off work for it that I may not be able to cancel so that’s a waste too.
