Kevin Nolan retains England hope. Really?

No, I dislike him because each time I see him, he spends most the game in the ref's ear and whinging or niggling other players. That pisses me off. Not questioning anything else about him, because when I see his antics that's enough for me.

 

He's an annoying git, but what's most annoying about him, is he's a bloody good footballer.

 

He is a good footballer, but I hate all his niggly ****. Would probably cheer every time he did it if he was in a Saints shirt.

 

Exactly, everyone hated Terry Hurlock, until he played for us... because its always best having OUR bastard

 

Steady on ... Nolan has a wee bit more to his game, but I get the drift.

 

don't get the hatred for him at all...good player and clearly passionate which is a good thing...England have capped worse footballers in the last few years but I don't think he'll get the call

 

What's wrong with a good honest chicken style country 'hoedown'?? No, you're right it's rubbish. The celebration is an impression of how somebody at the club (Newcastle?) danced when on a night out. Nolan came up with an array of celebration and the 'lads' picked the chicken dance as the one he must preform as a celebration for a year...that was a few years back now.

 

I think Nolan should have been selected when he was at Bolton. Too late for him now.

 

Yes, his game was better then and had less of the niggle.

 

I agree. He was a better player and person back in those Bolton days. Since Newcastle he has just been the dirtiest, moaniest 'orrible creature going and not playing anywhere near as well as before.
