?

Is the Nolan deal good business or madness?

  1. It is a discrace

  2. I'm very disappointed, but worse things could happen

  3. Its seems not bad business, due to Nolan Attributes

  4. Its a good deal!

in all fairness quite a few people couldnt see him getting in our starting 11, i do believe he was a big player in the dressing room as hes good for morale but he was never going to get a 5 yr deal coz of his age and i think its a good deal i think

I'm f*cking disappointed reading about this. Although I do understand that we have to reduce our wage bill to be a sustainable PL club, we're not in a financial crisis . And even though we got a decent price , there's some things like team spirit, leadership etc that money can't buy. :emoticon-0119-puke::emoticon-0119-puke:

Not really that bothered to be honest, I think Cabaye will do a better job then Nolan. How many goals has Nolan scored without Carroll in the side?

If the 5 year deal at £55k is right they'll be paying nearly that in wages alone. £14.3m in wages, excluding bonuses, plus £4-5m fee...

Aye, I couldn't remember his name change. I thought it was something Scandanavian.
Still WRT/Viking Erik hasn't posted much around these parts for a while; has he, dare I say, got a life now? <yikes>

Aye, noticed he's not been around much. He was never too much bother. Just another face like.
Hoadie went AWOL all of a sudden too, wonder what happened to him?
