Great having a young team but we need 1 or 2 older experienced hard bastards in the team. Not another kid.
Can't say I've heard of the guy either. Does anyone think that Steve Bruce is trying to do an Arsene Wenger in trying to bring in loads of talented youngsters into the first team squad? I'm all for it, if they have the talent to succeed at PL level.

The trouble with building a squad full of kids is that they are too young and we get relegated, or they are all good, get snapped up, we have no players and get relegated.

The most memorable Arsenal transfer that I can recall was Anelka. If memory serves me well, he was bought for ã1m and sold for ã23m! giving Arsenal enough money to construct a new training ground and recruit new players.
