I Think kessler showed a bit too much rustyness to win it, froch gets it for me. He had more go forward
The idiot that scored it 8 rounds to Froch is a joke - a complete homer. Too much of that in boxing: fight away from home and you've got to knock 'em out to get a draw as they say. I think Froch edged it though. As I feared, Kessel's long absence from the ring was too much of a handicap against a good fighter. Froch's granite chin helped as well. Mind you, he's in cloud cuckoo land when he thinks he'd have beaten Calzaghe - bit like Bradford against the Swans, same difference in class.
For me Swim, Calzaghe wins everyday of the week against Froch and if Froch fights Ward again, he'll lose by the same margin again.
I think if Ward came over here it would be a close fight and I think Froch could stop him. He never got going in America. Next time he and McCracken will devise a strategy to make a fight of it. I'd like to see Ward out of his comfort zone forced to go toe to toe with Froch.
