    kenny miller's goal record:

    wolves: 1 in 3
    celtic: 1 in 4
    derby: 1 in 7
    rangers: 1 in 2
    bursaspor: 1 in 3

he's also got 2 years left on a bumper deal, so i have to question whether we'll be able to afford this signing. he offers european and international experience, so he could score goals for us <ok>

Turkish football is well supported, but not particularly wealthy in the scheme of things.............so where did this £50K a week come from? I know it's in the media, but I reckon it could just be a "guesstimate" (encouraged by his agent no doubt) Walter Smith the Rangers manager is on record as saying that they couldn't compete with the wages offered by Bursapor

"Miller will command a large signing on fee, and almost double his £20,000 a week salary"

So maybe this is the reason that Bursapor wanted to show a "profit" on the transfer fee, to recoup the signing on fee?

So lets say Miller was on £35K a week and was prepared to take a drop in salary to return to the UK...........with Chops and Jay off the payroll, all of a sudden Miller becomes affordable, especially when MM is reputed to be on £300K a year less than DJ...................it's not whether we can afford Miller or not, it's whether he is worth it is the question.
