Buraspor told Rangers it would take a huge bid to get him, which is why they went for Goodwillie instead. Can't see you offering enough and that's without his wages.

Clearly not that bad a rate of return, okay I'm convinced he can do a job for us. How much the Turks asking for him?

    "On 21 January 2011, Miller officially signed for Bursaspor[69] for £400,000 on a two-and-a-half year contract.[68]"

    Taken from Wiki and citing:
    http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/r/rangers/9363362.stm

They have told Rangers that he won't be cheap and they want a profit...which I guess works out as he had half a season left at Rangers when he signed a 2.5yr deal in Turkey...

It seems the turks want 600K for him, so it depends on wages.
Could be either him or Goodwillie, one who has baggage but a future if he can get rid of it, or one with no baggage looking for a ticket home to spend his twilight years.
It could be we get both but i don't know where that puts Miller exactly, behind Earnie and Goodwillie and possibly Bellamy.
Perhaps he will go to Rangers and we get Goodwillie.

Well, I still don't want Goodwillie, and will take Miller ahead of him even though it may be more of a short-term deal. Don't want people like Goodwillie around. It's like replacing a couple of bad eggs, with a rotten watermelon!

To the best of my memory Miller has always been a professional who gives it his best.

I'm with Siam with this one, I think Miller can do a job for us. I'm not to happy with the baggage Goodwillie has.

    So it's Miller for me.

Totally in the Miller camp if I had to pick...in fact even if I didn't, I'm starting to think more and more that it would be nice for him to re-unite with Earnie and exorcise their Derby demons with a cracking season together!

I would think Rangers will have lost interest in Goodwillie now that he's cup tied for European games, let alone the court cases and the fact the SPL campaign starts Saturday.

Miller will seriously have to curtail his wage demands if he comes to us.Personally I can't see him coming to Cardiff.

I had a theory that we were publicly bidding for Miller so that Rangers would get him and leave Goodwillie for us. It may well be the other way round as this looks like it's on.

Think folks are dismissing that KM can play on the wing too, though not his best position. This signing definately gives me the sense that we'll be playing a lot of 4-3-3/4-5-1... Great.

You think he has one eye?
I think he's completely blind, at least to football matters.
Why do we always get these idiots with their one liners on our board.
    I mean, Devon<laugh>
