Why would Chanrai let the club go under? Surely he would get even less back that way? Or does he think he can redevelop the land afterward?
He would deffo get less if the club was liquidated. He's dragging this out, out of spite. On the land development note, no he can't develop the land cos he doens't own it. The property developer buddying up with the trust does. BC also doens't own FP, a popular assumption with some people. Not indicating one on here, just a genral comment.
