California: Lets round up homeless and put them in rec centers and feed them (and so quarantine somewhat)
Ireland: Lets cut the already paltry services we have for the homeless.

I think we are being to harsh on our Kloppites
The team they are really concerned about is the non league Liverpool FC who were guaranteed promotion before the non league seasons were scrapped
I have heard many of them saying they would gladly give up their league title if it meant their tiny neighbours gained the promotion they deserve

Just and went and picked up a mini SNES from my sisters so gonna start Zelda in a minute.

Was secret of mana any good anyone?

LOVED that game as a kid. First half hour is solo but then you get other characters and can play 2 player (if you have any friends). It depends what you like but if you like Zelda (and you should it's one of the best games of all time) then you'll like SoM.

ps. I've been playing Zelda (LTTP) recently too. about two-thirds of the way through. It's such a top game, so many hidden parts to it.

So far this week:

Read Catcher in the Rye - I really liked it and it was easy to read. Was like an older version of Ferris Buellers Day Off, not at all what i expected.

Played Zelda - enough said

Started The Witcher 1 (never played them before but got all 3 games in my Steam Library so thought I'd start at the beginning). I like Fallout/Skkyrim etc and it looks similar. Hell I even finished Ultima Ascension back in the day so anything is possible...

Sweet I'll definitely give that a go once I've finished this then, is it real time or turn based battles?

And yeah the detail within LTTP along with the scale is incredible for its time. I'm already on turtle rock but haven't got last shield or stronger bombs yet. Probably gonna go and do a bit more exploration before doing that. Might turn it on now actually.

Did you ever play Terranigma on the SNES?

It's real-time so like a cross between Zelda and the Final Fantasy series. Honestly would have it down as one of the most under-rated games ever, people go mad over chrono-trigger (widely included in lists as one of the best games ever made, certainly rpgs) and I'd personally say SoM is just better in every way. That said, I've not played it in a couple of decades so...

I'm kind of tempted to try and complete games from "best 50" lists as there's tons I've never played which are considered to be excellent and you can get them for almost nothing now. Hell, I already own some which are considered to the the best and I've never completed them, if I don't do it now I never will!

<laugh> you'll all turn into Francis..

That is a genuine concern so it’s family walks with the hounds every day and I’m hitting the treadmill. Trying to encourage my boy to do at least a couple of k every other day just to burn some calories and keep limber. Really I want him doing 5k x 3 times a week.

No takeaways for us as I’d prefer to know who’s sneezed on my food and they’re expensive.
