Whatever the final result today has proved to me that Bart is not the answer. His confidence looked shot from the first whistle. I admire his patience and loyalty but..............

He may well be a good goalie someday.. but as a club pressiong to get promoted.. he won't be between the sticks when it comes to manchester united. Calamity performance.

Why don't we show him some loyalty too. It's funny how once your team is doing well as soon as we start to struggle people immediately jump on all the players backs. Last week it was Guly, the week before it was De Ridder. I thought that the team did exceptionally well to get back on terms today, they showed great spirit and patience even when the fans were not.

I know but the team has to have confidence in the keeper, he's the bedrock of the side. Bart's last game with that sort of pressure was against Man U, and their 2nd goal could have been kept out as I remember, not that it was all down to him. I think The best thing for him would be to get loaned out to a League One side where he can get some more games under his belt. He's a good young keeper, just needs to build his confidence back up after that nightmare today.

Even if i thought that loaning him out was a good idea, who are you then expecting to play in goal? I have no idea what injury Davis has or how long he will be out, but in the meantime no matter how badly Bart played (i havent seen the game) he is the best we have. Got to stick with him and get behind him.
