The Irsh are as British is Fiji!! Why should they hang our coat tails? They already have a team full of players not good enough to get in the England squad (which says how poor they must be!!) The 4 nations joke of a tournament showed how passionate these minor countries are, not even 10,000 at some games. England would have filled the ground.

We´ve been in the Football League system (note the absence of anything England related in the name) since 1920. We´re a club based in Wales.

If you´re willing to skip over the last 91 years so flippantly, why don´t you have a look in your history books while you´re spouting this "Irish are as British as Fijians" nonsense? If you look closely you´ll notice several invasions of our fair isle, which have resulted in you being a Saxon mate.

Wales out of the Premier League? This Saxon out of our Britain!

You ignorant git. The welsh teams start out in the welsh PL, get too good for it, so they look for a challenge. What's wrong with wanting a challenge and a change of scenery?

This is not strictly true.Colwyn Bay refused to play in the LOW and had to play in England for a few years.They are now back home and got promoted to the Conference North this season
 
Look stop all this bollox Swansea have earned the right to play premier League football.

The Glaswegian clubs of Celtic and Rangers explored the idea of entering the Premier League I understand, now that would be wrong as any team formed should be forced to start at the bottom of the entire league and work through it.

If a team as earned the right so be it.

Great way to be controversial op, is there any wonder the Welsh hate the English?
 
OP why would you want to play in the Welsh FA in the first place??? Perhaps you think it might be easier for you to win something!!! This is a totally pathetic post. The teams that are playing in the English FA have earned their places there. Get over yourself....

Personally I'm glad Swansea got promoted, it's about bloody time the PL had a Welsh team in it.
I would also like to see a British league system too, with 4 full divisions then regional leagues, it would be better for ALL players and teams having to face the best of GB every week, money would be spread further and Britain would probably have 3 or even 4 of the top 10 attended divisions in Europe instead of just 2 (PL + Championship).

...but we all know that this will never happen.
