I've both warmed to the new kit and to the idea of us having some individuality. To us the red and white stripes may be iconic, to 95% of the rest of football fans, from further than 10 yards away it could be Sunderland, Stoke, Sheffield United, who knows?

As long as the colours stay the same I'm open to changes in design, providing they're not overly radical.

Well spotted, I think you're probably right. So after a return to stripes next year, maybe we'll have red and white quarters like qprs away shirt last season?

    No!
Bring back a proper Saints kit......red and white stripes and black shorts although I did really like our original red sash kit too!

That was actually the first kit I owned (or was bought for me), my first three or four were old Sanderson hand-me-downs from my brother. Still got it somewhere.

And I love our Brazil kit, only thing I'd change would that all our plays should have '-inho' added to their names. Would work perfectly, Lambertinho, Lallaninho Not sure about Ramirez or Schneiderlin though, and I don't think it would fit on Ward-Prowse's shirt. Guly is Brazilian enough already, but would still change his to Raymundinho.

I really liked the sash kit but more for the novelty of it i think and the fact that i really enjoyed our time in league 1. Repeating it may not have the same effect.
    Stripes for me.

That would actually be very traditional, as we wore red and white quarters for 6 seasons after the original sash.

Steady now, all you lovers of the current kit. CBK will be along any minute to accuse you of heresy or betrayal or something equally melodramatic!
With NC wanting to swell the coffers I would think the chances of us not changing the kit to be about the same as Pompey avoiding relegation.

I love the current kit but it'll obviously change. The stripes/non-stripes pattern seems safe to assume it'll continue because it maximises revenue.

However if we go to red quarters I'm finding a new team.

Diagonal stripes would be pretty uncommon. Multiple sashes.

Red and white halves..? They're only really thick stripes, after all.

I love the all read kit, always have. Back to stripes next season for me tough please. Cortese is a clever man, so there will be changes each year.
