From Bradleys Facebook page..... Just had a phone call off Sunderland to invite Bradley to be mascot on Wednesday night. Bradley is over the moon he is going to get to score a goal. #onebradleylowery #ourhero #5thminute
I believe we will be singing his name at the match tomorrow. It's utterly devastating what has happened to this wee lad. No parent should have to go through this and my heart goes out to them all
Great gesture from the club, and who knows it may inspire the team to gain a memorable result in his name.
Yes. People often query why i get on ok with the mags. Football aside, both are salt of the earth. Ha'way Bradley.
Well done the mags. http://www.itv.com/news/tyne-tees/s...-ovation-for-bradley-lowery-at-st-james-park/
At times when it is needed we all pull together. Like bickering kids we will fight and squabble but we are family. North East family, irrespective of our colours. Hope the little fella gets all his dreams come true from Santa. He's a tough little battler.
Think I saw that John Terry had put something on twitter (assuming with the parents consent) that everyone should try to post a Xmas card to Bradley as one of his wishes was to receive hundreds/thousands of cards. The address was posted on there which I am not going to copy onto here. He also arranging a signed shirt. Nice touch. Such a sad story and I hope Bradley can enjoy this Christmas.
Random question but do any of you know if the Hartlepool address being posted around is the lads real address? Think I might send a card up if so.
Gut wrenching. As the father of two boys under 5 I can't even comprehend what his parents are going through. I hope they have plenty of that money left over to give him the best possible 2 months he can have.
Just seen it. Very emotional. Can't imagine what the family are going through. Think Mannone was quite taken by him. Such a brave boy. Well done to SAFC for making the night and to Chelsea for playing their part.
What a truly sad story, a very brave little man and on behalf of all Gasheads, we wish him and his family the very best. Life can be very cruel, and our thoughts are with you.
Gus Poyet got a miracle a few years ago.....I hope Bradley gets one now. I have four kids and it would kill me to see any of them in his condition. Bradley and his parents are true heroes. When I watched the video of last night this 60 year old man was in tears.....back on the pray mat tonight for him......god bless.
Little Bradley's story of this week was shown in full in the sports byline of our biggest channel's news. It ended with the presenter saying that Bradley deserved to live his dream and all football should be praised. Quite an achievement for over here as they can be disparaging of most things outside rugby.
Well it had me in tears, such a heart wrenching story and what a brave family. Fair play to ALL who were involved on and leading up to the night, you're a credit to humanity.
