Rich Cawley asked Bowyer where Kayal was yesterday - the player picked up a knock on international duty for Israel last week.

Given that we are now in dire straits with overall fitness levels, and to be polite both the Brighton lads have been disappointments, I would be amazed if Bowyer didn’t terminate his loan in January.

We are going to need grafters & 100 per centers in the second half of the season.

Rich Cawley reporting that Kayal has returned to Brighton for treatment on his injury - LB says it “hasn’t proved as straightforward as we thought” ...ie he needs to be at a club that actually has a medical Dept.

None of our injuries are ever "straghtforward".
When was the last time a Charlton player was back fit again ahead of schedule?

Our new owners will have to invest some money in adequate medical facilities.
Weren't we forced to rely on the opposition's physios at one match (or more) because we just didn't have the right staff of our own at the game?
    Humiliating.

If Roland had been CAFC owner for much longer, other Clubs would begin thinking twice about loaning players to us at all, because we can't treat them when they get injured.

RD is not the 'good employer' he prides himself on being. He's a tight-fisted old bastard.
