This is a good Oxen design

Oxen are really tinpot, I’d be annoyed if we went with them. Their designs are crap and the quality is ****e, might as well just start ordering our kits from Temu instead.
Agreed. Proper scraping the barrel there. The financial situation may have stabilised somewhat after the summer and we can pay football creditors on time (hopefully) but if that’s who we’re going with next season, it suggests we’re tightening our belts quite severely.

But doesn’t Acun own the kappa brand, so we are unlikely to get a better deal elsewhere. All seems very strange to me

the oxen logo is absolutely abysmal

like if that really the best they could come up with?

He owns the license for Kappa Türkiye, I think. We’ve binned them because of quality and supply issues.

We could go with any one of Adidas, Nike, Puma, Umbro, Errea, Hummel, Joma etc. but Oxen? We were supposed to go back to Umbro for this season but the deal fell through for reasons unknown. Makes you wonder why. Did we pull out or did Umbro? Are some of the bigger and more reputable kit suppliers wary of our issues with paying vendors and giving less favourable terms for potential kit deals?

Maybe the club feel that we would be a valued partner for Oxen and they would be better able to meet our requirements & wishes, as opposed to being just another account and a relative minnow with the likes of Adidas, Nike, Umbro, Puma, etc?
Year after year we seem to have issues with supply (and quite often **** design, if not of kit then certainly of leisure wear).
Also a Yorkshire based organisation.
Just a thought.
Edit: just seen that a Leigh Jenkinson is CEO there. Can't be can it? #shuffle
