Yeah, but why today? Two Kobayashi threads? I'd still tend to shy away from equating him to Hamilton. Forgetting the last two races, Hamilton is often sublime and definitely prolific in his overtaking. Perhaps I'm just resistant to his allure but I think Kobayashi is comparatively pugnacious.
I have never caught the Kobayashi bug really, he is exciting and does some good overtakes but it is much easier to overtake in the midfield than up at the front, I also have never really seen any amazing pace from him. I do not think he will ever drive for a big team, he will probably stay in the midfield which I think is best.
The poll was done in April, Forza brought up the subject which was being talked about so I bumped it up to keep them talking
He's a good driver who has a good future. Massively over-hyped though by a lot of people and fans who tend to gloss over his mistakes. He needs a few years where he is right now in the midfield to become more consistent and maybe then he will be worth a punt at a top team. Reminds me so much of Montoya.
can people please give examples of these mistakes and collisions, as to me it seems he's probably made less mistakes since he's been in F1 than the 5 WDC's on the grid have in the same time period.
