He won't have a choice cos he doesn't have a club. I don't think he was on 100k, I think he was on around 70k but wanted 100k to stay. He's shyte anyway and I can't see him improving your squad one bit. He's been at Chelsea 6 years and in that time he's had half a dozen good games, goes missing gives the ball away and shy's out of tackles. you've already got Chamakh to do that for you!

I should agree with Downing actually, but he at least comes up with a moment of magic every now and then, Kalou doesn't even do that. He is an international footballer and I don't know how he is even a club level footballer. I make OTT remarks (sometimes) about Song but in my opinion Song looks like Xavi when compared to Kalou.
Decent player but inferior to Walcott. Not sure where he will play with Walcott/Oxo/Gervinho all fighting it out for a place alongside Rvp/Podolski.
Kalou - good player, but not even close to be good enough for what we need. We simply need to stop with the lack of ambition.
Come on, he's got to be better than Kalou? More to the point, how the hell did you win the CL with these clowns playing?
