The Rochdale game was surely Kaikai's last opportunity to show Lee Bowyer that he should be considered for a starting XI place in the play-off semi-finals, and he failed. LB would only play him now if a plague of injuries forced his hand.
One of the Sky commentators made a comment about the "great excitement" at Charlton when Kaikai was signed. Shows the customary lack of homework done by the Prem-obsessed channel when it covers lower league games.

I was gutted when we signed him....glad he’s been a flop ...he can piss off back to a Palace now .
My first impression was that he was an average L1 player, but it seems that was being a bit kind.

That bellend Robinson massively overhyped him ...ditto Zyro.

One good goal, but bottled out of a lot of the 50/50 challenges & certainly didn’t like the physical stuff. Not an upgrade on hopeless Big Josh, sadly.
