I think Fergie spoke with Kagawa about moving here so I would assume he understood it pretty well then. Also being Japanese the chances are he speaks english well.
I'm pretty sure most of the players don't understand half of what SAF says, particularly when he's giving them a bollocking! Just shows what a great manager he is - able to get the best out of his players regardless of language and culture barriers.
