I loved the fact that we beat Chelsea in such stunning fashion, rather than the fact that we won the cup, itself. I'd be embarrassed to cheer so loudly, having won it against lowly Cardiff (no disrespect to them). It's like the bully at school who organises a game against only little kids, and who celebrates a great win when, inevitably, he wins. In this case, of course, the little kids very nearly gave the bully a good and deserved kicking.
I thought you'd say that. Any reasonable Liverpool fan knows we're rebuilding, and haven't been good enough recently. I don't even think we're good enough this season. But, our time will come again. Nevertheless, I have fantastic European memories. You beat Milan? We beat them in a final (granted we lost a final to them too!). Thumped by Madrid? We beat them 4-0. Anyway, do Spurs fans actually think this HIAG character is actually a Spurs fan? He seems to be more 'anti-Liverpool' than he is anything else. Did his uncle touch him with red gloves or something?
