Sorry to see Syd feeling as if he has to quit his super moderator role because of a few idiots on General Chat. Hope he gets made a moderator for here if he wants it. Just find the whole thing shocking and think everyone is on Syd's side here.
Syd no shame in stepping down at least you put yoursef up tere. You have done your bit for 606 and we are the beter for you doing it. Its now time for others who have the time to take on the duties. Thank you
Am very sad to hear Syd has stepped down as super moderator. He was very good at the role and whenever i have had a problem with members (KPR), he always sorted it out.
Billy i'm a non gc poster, but had a quick look this morning to see what the fuss was about... Damn, what a ****ed up bunch....the first post i saw was a video of two squaddies being murdered in belfast in 1988,...shocked to say the least...
Mick has said their all back on tomorrow so all will be back to normal. To be fair to the lad, he's caught between a rock & a hard place. I wouldn't like to have to make the call. Some of them suck the IRA off. It's their opinion & their entitled to it. I assume that if the site starts loosing advertising revenue & gets banned by Google then that's us all ****ed. Like I say, it's Mick's call.
All to correct mate.. But disgusted is fairly liberal to what i would say to that part of the forum... How-ever it's about Syd, and after reading that board, he has my upmost respect for putting up with that. I personally will never read that board again...so Syd i applaude your decission mate...come home and stay home mate, where your welcomed and loved.
