And he seemed to answer every question asked by starting off by saying "yeh no". lts becoming quite normal in todays way of speech. Me being an old fart find it contradictory.

Best still to come from the lad.

He showed glimpses yesterday, the drive and shot past the post and some tidy interplay. He can whip down his shorts and talk out of his arse in interviews as long as hes doing damage on the pitch.

It's up there with every pundit on every channel starting every peace of analysis with "Listen......."

Same as when people start a sentence with "So"

"Obviously" is a favourite for footballers, Seen an interview with Broadhead when asked about what the fans can expect of him "I'm a Striker and Obviously play on the right wing", not obvious mate.

Thing that annoys me is people - newscasters, show presenters, government figures, commentators, all supposed to be educated - pronouncing drawing as drawring, or withdrawal as withdrawral.
The thing that is annoying me most about the news at the moment, and I'm not sure its specific to Sky News or is happening across the board, is presenters and reporters constantly reading to camera from their mobile phones. Looks really, really unprofessional.

At least he didn't keep saying obviously, I noticed the yes no thing as well, strange and annoying. Reminds me of a guy from Grantham I bought some motorcycle parts from. He referred to everyone as old boys and young people were referred to as "them young old boys"!
