Like I said there is a right way and a wrong way to act like a "fanboy", I would like to think I was doing it right (now) but most people here would tell you I was worse in 2011 than...... Er? Hmmm... Let me come back to you on that when I achieve it.
Take this into consideration: (How much I hated Lewis)
2007: 10/10 (Bad Fanboy)
2008: 11/10 (Really Bad Fanboy) *Probably a low point for myself*
2009: 9/10 (Bad Fanboy)
2010: 8/10 (Pretty bad Fanboy)
2011: 7/10 (Pretty bad Fanboy at start, starts to fade) *Criticism for LH was just becoming laughable IMO*
2012: 3/10 (No different to how I would think about other rivals)
2013: -5/10 (He's a Mercedes driver now)
So as you can see even the most fruity kind of people change over time, you just need to find the place you want and adapt around it if you enjoy it. I think what most people want around here is honesty and would rather not bother with the hip shots which in my arrogance I was very good at in the past, had good practice in the Sega vs Nintendo era.
Don't feel bad for what you said or did (to a degree of course) because you wouldn't be that person (today) which I find more important now rather than cringe and shake my head thinking how much of a tool I was etc...
