Hardly mentioned tbh, the only reason we were mentioned is because our owners are asian.

Simm claims to have helped KP get the club, but as far as most know is that Mandric was interested in selling in the first place.

AFI and KP won't be going anywhere soon.

TBH im surprised MM wasn't even mentioned once!

Funny how they thought Mandaric would sell Sheffield Wednesday.

Just imagine if the same bloke owned both Sheffield United and Wednesday. They would of been chaos if that happened and it got found out

There was that Indonesian bloke who owned 20% of the shares in AFI but not so long ago, King Power bought the remaining shares. So on the face of it, King Power own Leicester City and no-one else has their finger in the pie.

It is a little worrying but the gist of the program seems to be that if businessmen are from the Far East then they must be dodgy!

we were bound to be linked, how many high profile clubs have been sold in the last 2 years to thai business men? where has bryan robson been working as national team coach? surley as part of any due dilligence the present owners of our club would have spoken to the english football manager working locally. Of course they are here to make money lets not kid our selves they are successful business men to have invested so much money in the team they will be looking for a return. not entirely sure that return will be cash. rather than publicity and advertising for their business and themselves. continued growth for king power would needs to be away from Thailand. they havent spent so far the sorts of money being offered to the big teams with a high profiles for ground sponserhip alone. think about they have the ground named after them the shirt named after them and can get us to visit any country they are trying to impress, to play local teams pre season. Sven is recognised around the world as a fantastic coach (well every where except radio 5).
for either return cash or prestige then lcfc have to become sucesful

Just watched the program. My first impression was that this Joe Sim bloke was basically full of **** and exagerated every relationship within the football world that he has - of course he'll know people within Man Utd if he works for the club running it's official bar in Asia. It's like the Man Utd tea lady going to a club and saying they have a close relationship with the club.

It seemed like he picked out any club who had Asian owners and just claimed to be involved with them. And anyway, the actions of our owners so far suggests they're in it for the long run and not looking to make a quick buck.

Bloody hell, Hull fans must spend more time on here than on their own bloody boards, they've clearly got nothing to talk about themselves. trying to deflect attention anyway from their season (non)expectations i spose, never mind...
