I think it's because all TV's are made in China.

They send out virus variants through the screen directly into your viens ...

I interpretated it as the Amish. I do not think that the Covid pandemic is a media led thing, but I do believe that there is a load of crap spouted by the media whereupon as it is newsworthy they have looked at the negatives for almost a year now and not the positives.
