You're wrong Roger, I care. I have a son who is gay and I find this post offensive. By posting it, you are publically stating your agreement that using violence against someone because of who they are is acceptable :-(
That post crossed the line for me also. I also have friends and family who are part of the LGBT community or are allies. There’s a lot of humour which is close to the knuckle on this thread and I’m fine with that but, in this specific post, the depiction of violence against a LGBT person is what goes too far in my opinion.
I don’t for one minute think Roger was stating what you think he was, I also have very close friends and family who are gay and quite happily get on with their lives. If you ask them what they think of this gay pride month they will tell you what they think, I can guarantee it’s not what you or badger bill will want to hear.
Not violence against a person; it is a metaphor representing Pride Month. What is truly offensive is one can't watch an episode of the reboot of Walker: Texas Ranger w/o seeing two men kissing. 5% of males are homosexual, and only 10% of white women intermarry, but multimedia would have you believe it is MUCH MORE prevalent than it actually is. This isn't very respectful. please log in to view this image
I posted something i found amusing which was a take on a BLM poster, no one said anything when Blm said kick out racism with the same logo , but some one must have a well twisted mind to insinuate remarks about me without even speaking to me By posting it, you are publically stating your agreement that using violence against someone because of who they are is acceptable :-( I never said indicated any such thing, why should i have to accept you views which i find offensive to me ,because you may be offended, If you don't like it dont read it,
Totally agree. Ive got family and friends who are gay, they don't need a pride month to highlight their sexuality.....they just want to get on with their lives.
