I still actually think it was silly for them to have sacked Ollie when he was gradually improving things and we were craving stability. Of course, it has worked out but I think the decision itself was just more randomised, knee jerk thinking from Tony and co. It's just that this time it's worked out and we're in better shape than we've been for a while.
I'm sorry but I can't believe that this wasn't unlike any other random big decision that's been made since Tony bought in. It had to eventually work out with someone.
Don't get me wrong, I'm happy with things. Very much so. And I am glad that Tony has taken the back seat. I hope those with the executive powers grow more and more sensible.
