So should drs and nurses be investigated for refusing to work and going on strike. Should the miners be investigated for going on strike and refusing to mine coal. Should they not be paid upon returning from their strike action for the work they do in the future. Should they be punished and made to work in a cafe, instead of using them to the best of their abilities. I am not disagreeing that what he did was wrong, but the club need to still follow UK employment laws. During the time he refused to play, he was quite rightly disciplined by the club. Now that he says he wishes to play, we can't keep on punishing, as that's against the law. We either accept that the matter is resolved, or if the club considers that he will be a disruption, they get rid of him, but they can't just stop paying him without going through new disciplinary processes. Nor can the club punish him as a matter of spite, as that could lead to him being allowed to cancel his contract and leave for free. As for him throwing games or being bribed too, you are the only person on here to mention that, so I'd love to know where you have got your information from, as I'm sure if it was true, he wouldn't have been allowed anywhere near the club, never mind being made to train with the youth team.
Nurses and doctors wtf is no comparison to what gnonto situation and what it has cost leeds the matches , Leeds could investigate if he had any unusual payments from everton as it was in the end between leeds and everton who went down it would not surprise me if he was paid to not perform. He refused to wear the teams colours in our time of need and that is unforgivable , leeds should play him now and at end of season if everton get relegated sell him to everton but if they escape with dubious deals etc and stay up then sell him to a foreign club
