If you could attend a match that you had been to, in your yesterdays, to relive the moment ,what match would that be. mine would be beating West Ham , after they had just won the FA cup, 1980, I think,,,,, we deprived Chelsea of promotion, and Stan Cummins played a blinder, after that, quick fish and chips, and back down to RAF Cottesmore. We`d done a days work , drove up for the game in my mini, watched promotion in the making, as I said , fish and chips, drove back to Cottesmore, no sleep then back to work, strange days indeed, but would love to do it all again. hope those who travelled with me are still alive, and maybe share the same dream.
