colin sexstone on radio bristol now and sounds cheesed off (i would too if in his position). sexstone saying to change name means should be new application for judicial review and deadline was 6 months ago. in his opinion its over. but now just waiting for the high courts to dismiss the name change on application. as soon as the courts dismiss this then the diggers will move straight in asap. he kind of dismissed the harrassment case the lawyers are using to get the courts to change the name. its down to the high courts now. if they accept the harrassment reasons then they may agree to change the name. if they dont accept it the harrassment reasons then city will get green light!
banksy, i was against your stadium to begin with as i didnt like the fact city were using and hiding behind the world cup to bribe people to want the stadium (my opinion). now the world cup is not an issue anymore and all this appealing is now costing the taxpayer (me), i hope a decision is done asap either way so we can move on. i am not against your stadium and i hope you get it
