Off Topic Joss Ackland has died ...

... always thought he was convincing in whatever role he took.

He's not as high profile as the so-called 'national treasures' but I prefer him because he never looked like he was acting.

Great voice covered a wide range of roles, first noticed him in White Mischief, and thought he was excellent in The Hunt for Red October.

RIP...fine actor, I actually thought he died a couple of years ago, must try harder to keep up.

I didn't recognise the name, but recognised him straight away when I googled the name.
The one that sprung to mind for me was The Hunt for Red October, one of my favourites.
