Didn't watch as family around but loved the respect and sensible speaking well of each other before and after the match. Refreshing.
Apparently a great, great match. I regret not to bought that match from pay per tv. I was wrong about AJ. He does have a better stamina than Tyson afterall. Great comeback from the difficult stages when he was nearly defeated. Must honour Klitshko too. He did suprisingly well against powerful young possible future boxing icon.
Great to see two well-matched fighters give everything in a classic. The heavyweight division has been a joke for many years but now appears to have several fighters worthy of giving it another golden era. A re-match is possible but Joshua would have more to lose from that. Wilder, Parker and Fury all in the mix now. A Joshua v Fury match up would be the biggest British fight of all time but don't expect Fury to show any respect...
Blimey no!! As much as I like AJ and admire his many qualities, Ali would have wiped the floor with either of these in his prime.
Just out of interest, currently live on Sky Sports 3 is the New Zealander Joseph Parker defending the WBO version of the Heavyweight Championship, be interesting to see what he's made of...
He appears to be fighting a nightclub doorman. Still, only 25 so plenty of years ahead for real opponents.
I can't see AJ wanting to fight Parker. AJ would duff him up within 2 rounds. It would be a farce!! Bellew is a more likely opponent.
Would like to see AJ v Wilder and Parker against the winner of Whyte v Bellew. Parker doesn't deserve a shot at one of the real champions until he beats someone who can throw a punch.
Parker trained for that fight The other bloke only found out last week he was fighting Parker is **** Big fish in a small pond
