My reading of the deal with ESI was that if they welched on their obligations Roland could recoup the money through sale of The Valley. Just my reading though, and no-one else seemed interested in ploughing through it.

If you remember, I posted what I had been told about ESI not owning the ground or sparrows 2 weeks before it came out.
Same person also told me that the ex-directors loans were still an issue and at least 3 of the 7 were very suspicious of the new mob.
One of them stated in December that no money would be spent on players in January, and he doubts very much if they will find the money to complete in 6 months as per the deal with Douchy baby.

On the outside, it looks like Douchy baby has had his pants pulled down, but in reality, he's got exactly what he wanted.

Club and assets and now seperated, he's not footing the bills anymore, and the whole mess is now someone else's problem.
Win win for him.

You will see what ESI are all about at the end of the season when the income stops but the players and staff all still need paying.

They might be the real deal, but still too many unanswered questions.

No, we don't remember.

Everybody knows we are being screwed by Duchatelet.
If it makes you feel happy, then carry on rubbing it in.

Didn't think you were the kind of person who wants to be admired for being ITK as well though.
You're beginning to sound quite a lot like a Charlton fan <ok>
