For me, both Sir Alex and Pep Guardiola are easily the better manager, because of their youth policy. Yes, wherever Mourinho has gone he has gotten the best out of his players and been outrageously succesful in the short term.
However, I very much doubt that he will ever be as succesful at a club in the long term, because he is all about getting in the experienced and proven players as opposed to youth development which Sir Alex ang Guadiola are notorious for. I mean, which players from his own academy has Mourinho ever got into the first team? Debatably Balotelli at Inter...I can't think of any others off the top of my head...
