They will find somebody willing to give up their present post and go there. Rafa was scraping a bit but still a well know name (like LvG with us).

I think the fact the same tired names are being mentioned over and over again (some for a second time at certain clubs) shows what's wrong with football generally. I would love someone taking a punt on Joachim Low or De Boer or even Koeman... even if it's United. Just so football can move on.

    That is a good point.

I'd say Anchelotti is the last great name of a generation even though he is actually younger than the capellos van Gaals etc.

June have a good guy. Simeone is youngish in managerial terms.

Low is a bit nuts but bayern should be thinking him surely after euros not Anchelotti.

You look at Spain and where is del bosque replacement?

Where's the next Roy blooming hodgson.. There's no Bobby Robson out there unless Paul clement or Eddie howe over achieve

Maybe garry neville and his useless brother will be England's future! At least they are broadening their horizons in Spain.

Koemans at Utd would be a dream come true... for lfc fans.

I'm quite happy lfc got Klopp. We will maybe get 5 years out of him but I hope they bring us forward cos frankly if they don't lfc will be done.... 48 years old, experienced, enthusiasm... if we could just snatch a bit of glory our yank owners will actually build the next phase and get us up to parity with the top 6 teams and stadia.

We are really really lucky to get Klopp before all the big clubs were seriously looking.

That remains to be seen, early days but not much evidence to back it up so far.
Ever wondered why "all the big clubs" weren't after him?

Think for English managers, Pardew is a good shout. Seems to have calmed down since he left Newcastle where he was under constant pressure for no reason and Palace have been transformed into a very good team.

I watched Middlesbrough today and I think Karanka could be a name to watch out for, even if he Maureen mk II.

Well yeah, jose's gone and there is already talk of Rafa out, LVG out, pellegrini was 50/50 at the start of the season and the Wenger out brigade has been going on for 5 years!

We did well to get Klopp when we did

    Ancelotti to Bayern confirmed.

Looks like Simeone to Chelsea at the end of the season.

    Guardiola -> City?

Ancelloti to Bayern so he's out of the running for English cloobs

    Oops Rog already said it

Market is oversaturated with clubs looking for top managers and not enough top managers to go round or maybe just just enough, but when one or two pack it in some teams will be fooked

Not a bad replacement for Pep.

Think he'll be at City come start of next season

I know this is a bit after-the-fact but there was no way Jose was going to Germany. The only Club I could see him accepting would be Bayern, but they wouldn't want him, he's too much of a loose cannon. No-one else can afford him frankly, except maybe Wolfsburg, but he'd probably think that they're beneath him.

Also, whoever was talking baout Jogi Löw (MITO?): Bayern wouldn't have him either, probably. Germans are suprisingly sceptical about him. Despite finishing no worse than third in tournaments between 2006 and 2012 (2006 as assistant) and introducing the most attractive football seen at the German national Level in generations, he wasn't seen as a winner. Even his success at the world cup has been tainted by the fact that Germany "struggled" in their euro group (remember that they finished top in the end).
