Yes because he is the one with the irrational bias <doh>
You have no idea whether he meant to spit on the ground or not.

These pundits are getting more stupid the more they get paid by the broadcasters:

“This is not acceptable. It’s disgusting,” said Dietmar Hamann, a laid-back type who one imagines isn’t so easily revulsed. Phil Neville thought it was “unacceptable”, while Robbie Savage, a man many actively choose to disagree with whatever his opinion, found many echoing his thoughts that the unpalatable act is “the lowest of the low”. Even Phil Neville: The worse thing that can happen on the football pitch"

Really? The worst? How can spitting by any worse than being bitten and have huge chunks of your flesh being taken out of your arm or shoulder by a racist cannibal?

Christian, Robbie Savage said he would rather have been fouled than being spat at.

Evans spit in the direction of cisse. That's quite clear. It is possible that the spit reached cisse but it could have been unintentional ( only Evans will know what he intended)

Cisse's intention was without any dispute. He held Evans and he came within 6 inches of Evans neck before launching his spit. No doubt about intention here <ok>.

So cisse will get 7 match ban. Evans might get 3 matches for being aggressive.

All that matters to the FA is that Evans spat in the direction of another player during an argumnent, Cisse admitted spitting in retaliation and has apologised, Evans denies what is blatently obvious and could receive a longer ban than Cisse if appeals his punishment.

Precedent has been set: If one player accuses another of doing something, you can give him a lengthy ban, regardless of any evidence proving either for or against <ok>

Can't believe that Evans is denying it. It's caught on camera. What did he think Cisse was remonstrating about? This looks very similar to the Suarez-Evra case, except this has evidence. Throw the book at him. Disgusting act that kids will copy and spread all sorts; no doubt I'll have a ****ing cold by next Monday........

Or having your career finished by an angry yobbish hooligan with a leg breaking tackle......Chiellini and Ivanovic could still play in the games that they were fouled, Haland never played again. I wonder which Chiellini and Ivanovic would choose to have done to them, given the choice........<whistle>

Aye Christian, I am not saying it was intentional or not because I dont know 100%.
Matth does however, somehow, that was my point. How could he know either way 100%.......just bias.

He tackled his right knee so hard that he had to have surgery on his left knee soon afterwards......and thus ended his career. No more questions please <laugh>

Page certainly defended Suarez as did almost all of the Liverpool fans. Some of course tried to turn it on Evra and claimed he lied.

Page is just embarrassed about the whole thing. Hes hopiny one day we will defend the indefensible so he can feel better.

    No Page. We have class!
