Strange one for me, get rid of a decent proven CM, who is good in a dead ball scenario?

Look it really does not matter who the hell comes, its all about Coates and Pulis.

Feel sorry for Charlie

He has had his moments hasn't he? I thought he was doing allright at Liverpool - I think he would go back to West Ham rather than play for us and I don't think he is any better than Adam, Wildson, Nzonzi or Palcious?

The first few times I saw Shelvey ( via tv ) I thought he had some skill and vision. For whatever reason , later performances were not as good. He certainly knows how to put the boot in , very much a Clulis type of player.

You are right koskikabow and we already have enough of his type at Stoke. I don`t want to see him at the Brit. We have players on the books with a bit of class if only Pulis realised it. Get Jermain out on the right wing. I don`t give a damn what he gets up to when he is at the night clubs. I want to see him on the field on matchdays.

It's one that's dividing us.

Shelvey started the season brightly, and scored a few in the Europa.

Undoubtedly he possesses some qualities - he gets into good positions, has vision, has the ability to pass/shoot from range, and a decent engine...

BUT - he is often uncomfortable in tight situations, occasionally lets the ball simply bounce off him, drifts out of games and has a wild streak in the tackle.

He could end up being a decent box to box midfielder, and could certainly benefit from a season of regular first team football - a loan would suit both teams better.

If he has a good season his value would be around £7-12M regardless. Don't think you'd spend £7M on him right now, but I do think we'd sell for that and take £5M in profit.

A box to box midfielder?, theres no chance pulis will want him then!!

Pulis out

Can't we chuck in pulis for free then.
He could make the tea!
