Jonnys the boy to get our midfield moving with some pace and plenty of quality ball to our front men, great news.
a nice problem to have but the how the hell are we going to utilise our midfielders. That's 3 signed within a fortnight!
I have to say I'm in 2 minds about this. He's clearly a talented player but do we play him at the expense of developing our own players just at the point when we are starting to look like attacking as a team. With that in mind it'll also be interesting to see if it disrupts the balance of our play. For the first time under Mick we have some balance going forward, i.e we pass and move and I hope this won't disrupt it because I noticed when Williams played last season the tactics seemed to be be really really solid give Williams the ball, he goes on a mazy run gets taken out and we get a freekick. I'd like to see us continue to attack more as a team rather rely on individual talent to score out of nothing, it means if that player gets injured (or returns to their parent club) we're better prepared to deal with it
" I have to say I'm in 2 minds about this. Add loanees that add quality all day long, that's what the loan markets from. Bishop still started vs Sheff Weds away and has featured in the last 5 of our 6 games. Henshall / Stewart / Ambrose/ Anderson / Hunt = I couldn't give a toss if Williams who won us 1 point single handedly vs Sheff Weds impacts any of their playing time, down to them to work hard and make sure he doesn't!
I think that whilst Williams is here we may see him switch with Bishop. Jonny to start and and Bish to come on as sub. Teddy will still get game time, of that I'm not worried.
