"Oxford United have brought in Middlesbrough striker Jonathan Franks on loan until 1st January 2012.

21-year-old Franks has been with Middlesbrough his whole career and has scored three goals in 30 first-team games for Boro. He has also represented England at every level from under-16 to under-19.

The young striker made his Middlesbrough debut in May 2009, but has yet to feature for the Teesside side this season."​

3 goals in 30 games... out last season for back op, I hope Wilder knows what he's doing it sounds like we're doing Boro a favour here... we need a striker who can put the ball in the back of the net not someone to turn up just fill a shirt!
 
read that he has dislocated his shoulder and will be out for a month, but rest assured he will take trenches when he comes back, dont worry about his goal ratio, he is a maker not a taker.
Look after him in the Shires, dont be changing him to your big City ways, if he comes back wearing an oversized baseball cap and talking rap we wont be happy.
 
get one thing straight Poxford may be a city but with a small town mentality definetly big city ways
 
Bilko, did you not recognise the sarcasm in Stocktons post?. By the way, I have now read numerous comments made by you on here, most of them, no, all of them, are terribly written, ill informed and quite frankly ridiculous. Do you actually live in Swindon?, if so, I would be incredibly interested to hear, in your opinion, what exactly it has going for it?.
 
1986 - if you have read all my pieces on your Yellow forum you will know i dont live in Swindon, i couldnt give a toss if the english is good or not when on your forum i knock it out quickly and dont check it, i dont give a toss what you think you P***k when on my own forum its clear and checked but as you lot are of a low mentality i thought it didnt matter for you, so good enough reason.
