Keir Starmer was on a visit to Rural Cornwall & asked the villagers what he & his Government can do for them,?
"We have two big needs" said the village spokesman
"First we have an health centre but no DR"
At this Keir got out his phone & spoke for a while, then said "that's that sorted, a DR will arrive here tomorrow, what's your other need"?
To which the spokesman replied-

- "we have no mobile phone reception !!"
